If only we had SMELLY vision...

...then you could all smell the smells of the pikelets. In all the excitement of the afternoon no photos or video were taken. 
We also made our own butter which made the pikelets extra tasty.

This is the recipe we used for the Pikelets:

• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1 egg
• 1 cup flour
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor - cook in a frying pan.

(At our house they're called Papa's Pikelets, but I believe Papa got the recipe from Jo Seagar!)

This is the recipe we used for the Butter:

• Cream

Put the cream in a plastic jar with 3 marbles and shake!
