We poured our brew into the bottles today. Thanks to the muslin that we poured it through most of the gritty bits of lemon peel and ginger have been removed.
We had made three litres and so they fitted perfectly into the two 1.5 litre plastic bottles. The first bottle we filled has Issy's label on it and it is a lighter colour than the second bottle with Kate's label.
Thanks Issy and Kate for creating the eye catching labels for the bottles.
Now we have the bottles wrapped in plastic bags in the warm office off Room 17.
